Experiential Marketing: McDonald's Sampling
On Saturday, October 3, 2009 the Mickey D's Street Team supported the Potochnik organization to execute Port Orange's largest event of the year; Port Orange Family Days. The Mickey D's Street Team along with the Potochnik family sampled over 30 gallons of Sugar Free Vanilla Iced Coffee to approximately 20,000 people in attendance. McDonald's took ownership of the event by maximizing the number of impressions through many mediums including radio announcements and chatter through KRO County 93.1, being included on event collateral, website, and by having the inflatable Arches placed near the midway.
